Robby Schwindt is Senior Director of Asset Management at REM, where he is responsible for executing value-add business plans across the firm’s portfolio.
 
Prior to joining REM, Robby was a Principal at Walton Street Capital, where he focused primarily on the firm’s retail portfolio and asset management. During his tenure, he led the development and execution of value-add business plans and disposition strategies across the portfolio.
 
Robby began his career in Chicago, where he spent 20 years before relocating to California with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the beach and making wine.
 
Robby received a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a CFA charterholder.
